We are prepared, ready and willing to take this new journey with you towards holistic wellness with the use of either low-THC medical marijuana. WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VISIT At your certification consultation, Healix Medical Group, PLLC will discuss your qualifications for treatment in the Mississippi regulated medical marijuana program. By law, our physician's must only discuss your potential eligibility for the regulated program. Healix Medical Group, PLLC will review your medical history, including all prior medical reports at Healix Medical Group, PLLC or that you provide from other facilities, and we will examine you to determine if you meet the Mississippi requirements for the marijuana program. If Healix Medical Group, PLLC determines that you qualify for low-THC marijuana medical marijuana treatment, we will create an initial treatment plan with ongoing care and visits that allow you to apply to the state of Mississippi for a Medical Marijuana Identification Card. To receive a Physician Certification Form, you must present current, valid Mississippi identification, such as a Mississippi issued ID or a Mississippi driver’s license and payment. Please note, medical marijuana consultations and the application fee are not covered by health insurance. COST OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA ASSESSMENT, TREATMENT AND ONGOING CARE Fees for incoming patients who wish to establish care with Healix Medical Group, PLLC for medical marijuana are affordable and will be discussed in your consult. *State required drug testing is included with price and will be performed on day of in-person appointment.* Visits must be paid in-full prior to scheduling an appointment to see a practitioner.
